Spanish Fork, UT (July 27, 2022) – On Tuesday, July 27th, a head-on crash prompted Highway 6 in Spanish Fork Canyon to shut down in both directions at milepost 193.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the collision occurred when a woman attempted to pass another vehicle on a double yellow line and crashed into a GMC pick-up truck.
She was airlifted to an area hospital in unknown condition. The driver of the truck also sustained unspecified injuries.
