Salt Lake City, UT (July 20, 2022) – Authorities in Tooele County were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Wednesday evening, leaving at least one person injured.
At around 10 p.m., on July 20, emergency crews were dispatched to a crash that occurred on Interstate 80. Reports from the Utah Department of Transportation so that a collision blocked multiple lanes and the right shoulder of the westbound side of Interstate 80 near mile marker 46. The crash caused extensive delays just five miles east of Knolls.
The crash resulted in injuries, and at least one person was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where they underwent medical treatment.
The crash is under investigation at this time by local authorities.
