Salt Lake City, UT (July 20, 2022) – Authorities in Davis County were dispatched to a major crash that occurred in the area that sent at least one person to a local hospital where they underwent medical care for injuries. At around 9:45 p.m., on July 20, the U-Haul Department of Transportation notified local law enforcement that a crash took place on Interstate 15 that required assistance.
The crash was located on the northbound side of the interstate near mile marker 335. The crash blocked the two right lanes of the roadway. The Salt Lake City police and firefighters closed multiple lanes of the road. Medics rendered aid to at least one person who was harmed as a result of this vehicle collision.
An unknown number of people harmed in the crash were transported to area hospitals where they underwent further treatment for injuries.
The crash is under investigation at this time.
