West Valley City, UT (October 04, 2021) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized with significant injuries on Sunday, October 3rd after the driver of a car turned in front of him on Cody Brotherson Parkway.
An official from the West Valley City Police Department said the driver of the car was attempting to make a lefthand turn onto 4100 South from 2830 West and was unable to see the motorcycle “because of the hill.”
The 27-year-old motorcyclist swerved in an effort to avoid colliding with the car but ended up crashing into its side.
The driver of the car was cited by police.
