Kaysville, UT (October 03, 2021) – One person was killed during a three-car accident in Kaysville on Thursday, September 30th.
The crash took place at about 5:15 p.m. near the intersection of Fairfield Road and 480 North.
24-year-old Zachary Shumway, a resident of Kaysville, died at the scene.
Two other people were taken to area hospitals. One victim was transported in an ambulance and the other in a medical helicopter.
No additional details were released.
