Some of the most catastrophic car accidents that take place on Utah’s roadways are ones that involve an overturned vehicle. This is mirrored in data provided by a nonprofit organization showing that over 7,200 vehicle occupants lost their lives in 2017 due to rollover accidents. Although driver negligence is the most common causative factor in a vehicle rollover, these potentially life-threatening crashes could also be caused by poor driving conditions, a vehicle malfunction, or a manufacturer’s design defect.

When injuries are the result of vehicle accidents that were caused by the careless behavior of other motorists, those victims are encouraged to seek legal guidance from a knowledgeable car accident attorney in Salt Lake City
