In the state of Utah, there are a few notable differences between motorized bike accidents and standard car accidents that it is important to understand, the most important being that two-wheeled vehicles and motor vehicles do not carry the same kind of liability insurance.

Second, when a rider is hurt, the injuries they sustain are often far more severe. If you are injured as a motorized bike rider, it is vital that you seek prompt medical attention so you can understand the full scope of your injuries and learn what medical care is necessary for you to fully recover from them.

Lastly, hire a reputable personal injury lawyer who knows how the different kinds of insurance work in your case and who is known for taking cases all the way to trial to ensure full financial compensation.

Our lawyers understand the dangers that those who enjoy riding motorized bikes often face. Given the lack of a two-ton metal shell as protection, they are some of the most helpless people on our state’s roadways. In addition, many motorists do not give riders respect or the room on the roadway they are granted by the law.

If you were hurt in a motorized bike accident, you deserve a successful outcome to your claim.
