Salt Lake City, UT (January 17, 2022) – At around 5:50 p.m., on January 17, emergency crews were requested on-site at an accident on Utah State Route 224.
Reports from the Utah Department of Transportation show that a collision between vehicles blocked the northbound side of the roadway. The incident caused delays near mile marker 11 by the Olympic Parkway.
EMS responded to the scene of the accident to treat injured victims before transporting them to area hospitals for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
