Wrongful Deaths in Utah

Wrongful deaths are fatalities that are caused by the wrongful act, maliciousness, or neglect of someone else. Unfortunately, wrongful deaths are an all-too-common outcome of motor vehicle accidents.

In 2016, in the state of Utah, over 270 people were killed in fatal auto crashes alone. Hundreds of lives are cut short every year from some sort of avoidable incident, like one resulting from an inattentive driver or defective drug. When a person dies under these circumstances, their immediate family members might be eligible to hire a Utah wrongful death attorney to obtain financial compensation through a civil case.

From the start, our team works to assemble a solid legal claim that best demonstrates the liability of the defendant. With sufficient evidence, knowledge of case law, and commitment, we aggressively negotiate settlements for our clients that provide them with the full and fair compensation for their damages.
