South Salt Lake, UT (February 25, 2022) – An accident involving a pedestrian took place in South Salt Lake on Friday, February 25th.
At about 5:25 p.m., police officers and emergency response crews reported to the scene in the westbound lane of 3300 South near the on-ramp for Interstate 15 for reports of a pedestrian being struck by a car.
Emergency medical technicians also reported to the scene to physically assess the victim, and render any necessary medical care. Although injuries were confirmed, no additional details about the crash or the victim’s condition have been released at this time.
This accident is under investigation by the Utah Highway Patrol.
