Spanish Fork, UT (November 28, 2021) – A collision involving an unknown number of vehicles left victims dealing with injuries on Sunday, November 28th.
The accident happened at about 8:50 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 at the exit for Main Street in Spanish Fork.
Highway patrol, first responders, and emergency medical personnel were all dispatched to the area where they provided victims with the appropriate medical care and emergency transportation.
