We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim, Mr. Joseph Spencer, at this time.

Utah requires every single driver to carry a minimum of $3,000 in Personal Injury Protection insurance. This is intended to satisfy the cost of any medical treatment for their injuries, $20 a day in household help, and as much as $250 per week in lost wages, regardless of who was liable.

For most Utah car crash victims, however, this is nowhere near enough to cover all of their accident-related damages and losses. It also fails to proved victims with any measure of financial compensation for their pain and suffering. An experienced Utah car accident attorney will be familiar with the best way to deal with your current expenses and provide you with a successful outcome to your injury claim.

When victims are injured in accidents caused by the negligence of other drivers, it is crucial that they seek legal guidance from a skilled and knowledgeable car accident attorney in Salt Lake City as soon as possible.
