Vehicle rollover accidents usually result in critical injuries to the car’s occupants and pose a serious threat to others in the area. A rolling vehicle could potentially slam into surrounding vehicles, pedestrians, or property. Rollover accidents also typically obstruct traffic and scatter debris across the roadway. After the rolling vehicle has come to rest, people at the accident site, like paramedics, firefighters, and police, are in danger of being hit by oncoming traffic as they try to circumvent the crash.
Liability for vehicle rollovers can be difficult to work out. The experience of a knowledgeable car accident attorney will increase your chances of seeing a successful resolution to your claim.
