LLobani Federico Figueroa of Salt Lake City ran a red light and hit a Nissan Sentra at 4 am, June 21st. A witness said the driver was going 100mph and ran a red light, striking the car and subsequently fleeing the scene. According to police, Figueroa has been charged with:

A 17-year-old boy, following the rules of the road, was struck. After fighting for his life with a brain hemorrhage, four broken ribs, damaged liver and spleen, and more, he died from his injuries just days after the crash.
