Wallsburg, UT (October 08, 2021) – Police have released the name of the man who died in a motorcycle accident in the area of Deer Creek Dam on Sunday, October 3rd.

The deceased has been identified as 39-year-old Beau B. Goff, a resident of Scottsdale, AZ.

A statement from the Utah Highway Patrol says that the accident took place at about 8:05 p.m. when a BMW motorcycle was traveling southbound on State Route 189 in the left lane near the dam. Troopers believe Goff was hit by an unknown vehicle when he was thrown from his bike.

Southbound State Route 189 was closed for over two-and-a-half hours during the investigation.

We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim, Mr. Beau B. Goff, at this time.
