Bicycle Fatalities in Ogden

In Utah, there are some important distinctions between bicycle accidents and car accidents that you need to know. First, bicycles do not carry the same type of liability insurance as motor vehicles.

Second, the injuries sustained by cyclists are typically far more serious. If you are injured while riding a bike, seek immediate medical care so you can determine the full extent of your injuries and what will be needed for you to fully recover.

Third, hire an experienced bicycle accident attorney who knows how the different types of insurance apply in these cases and who has a reputation for taking cases to trial for maximum financial compensation.

Our attorneys know the dangers faced by people who enjoy riding bicycles. In the absence of a two-ton metal shield for protection, bicyclists are some of the most vulnerable passengers on Utah’s roadways. Additionally, a lot of drivers do not give riders the space and the respect to which they are entitled.

If you have been injured during a bicycle accident, you deserve the best possible outcome in your case.
