Salt Lake City, UT (May 03, 2021) – Salt Lake City police responded to the scene of a two-car injury collision on Monday, May 3rd.
The crash occurred at the intersection of State Street and 500 South at about 12:25 a.m. when a PT Cruiser that was illegally passing other vehicles ran a red light and was struck by a minivan.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the collision site to aid SLC police in their victim rescue efforts. One of the drivers was still conscious when emergency crews arrived.
All injured parties were transported to a hospital in the immediate area.
