Sandy, UT (July 07, 2021) – A car smashed through the front window of a Little Caesar’s Pizza on Wednesday, July 7th in Sandy.
Officials from the Sandy Police Department stated that the car was in front of the restaurant when it suddenly crashed through the front doors of the Little Caesar’s located in the area of 700 East and 9200 South.
The collision resulted in significant structural damage.
Two people who were inside the store at the time were transported to a local hospital in non-critical condition. It is unclear if they were employees or customers.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
