Roy, UT – Brady Fuhriman Killed By Flying Road Debris On I-15 Near MM 339

Roy, UT (March 21, 2022) – Authorities were called to investigate a fatal accident caused by a flying piece of debris on Friday, March 18th. 

Utah Highway Patrol has since identified the victim as 30-year-old Brady Fuhriman, a resident of Millville.

The incident took place in the northbound lanes of Interstate 15 close to milepost 339. 

The deadly impact occurred when a chunk of debris went flying across the southbound lanes and struck the northbound Hyundai.  

Officers think the debris was part of a brake assembly, which crashed through Fuhriman’s windscreen, striking and fatally injuring him. He died on impact.

No other injuries have been reported.
