Logan, UT (March 28, 2022) – Two brothers, 14 and 18-years-old, sustained critical injuries in a collision with a water truck in Logan on Monday, March 28th.
At about 8:00 a.m., the water truck was traveling southbound on 1000 West in the area of 1800 South as the brothers’ Nissan Altima was stopped at a stop sign waiting to make a lefthand turn.
The Altima was then struck by the water truck on the driver’s side. The impact shoved the Altima into another vehicle that was waiting to make a lefthand turn onto 1800 South.
The 14-year-old and 18-year-old were both transported by EMTs to Logan Regional Hospital in critical condition.
No one else was injured in the crash.
Police are still investigating which vehicle had the right of way.
