Bridal Veil Falls, UT (February 18, 2022) – A chain-reaction accident involving four vehicles on Friday, February 18th resulted in injuries to those involved.
Sources reported that the multi-vehicle collision occurred at about 3:30 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of Provo Canyon Road near Knoll.
In addition to the Utah Highway Patrol, several other emergency response teams, including emergency medics, also responded to the scene to render aid to multiple injured victims.
