St. George, UT (May 18, 2021) – A Honda CR-V collided with a Toyota Prius at the intersection of 450 North and 3050 East at about 2:45 p.m. on Monday, May 17th after the driver of the CR-V reportedly ran a red light.
A passenger from the Prius was transported via Gold Cross Ambulance to St. George Regional Hospital. Officials said they did not have any additional information regarding the seriousness of the passenger’s injuries.
The driver of the CR-V injured his hand, and everyone else in that vehicle was comparatively unharmed.
The driver of the CR-V was issued a citation for failing to obey the traffic signal.
