Salt Lake City, UT – Three Injured In Car Vs Fire Engine At 900 West And 800 South

Salt Lake City, UT (March 08, 2021) – A vehicle crashed into a Salt Lake City fire truck on Monday, March 8th causing injuries to three people, two of whom were firemen.  

Sources reported that the truck was stationed on the apron at the fire station in the area of 800 South and 900 West when it was struck by the car. Officials stated that the car was temporarily pinned under the front of the fire engine.

Two foremen were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and the driver of the car was transported by a family member.

The cause of this accident is under investigation.
