Tractor-trailer accidents that are frequently caused by negligence on the part of the trucking company itself include overloaded or overweight trailers, defective truck parts, inadequate or no maintenance, insufficient driver training, speeding or other illegal driving habits, especially when coupled with bad weather or road conditions, and drivers who are exhausted from being overworked who are more likely to make miscalculations and other errors of judgment.

When victims are injured in accidents caused by the negligence of those who owe them a duty of care it is vital that they quickly seek legal advice from a truck accident attorney in Salt Lake City who has plenty of experience with these kinds of claims.

When victims are harmed in collisions, through no fault of their own, they are often able to obtain compensation from wrongdoers to alleviate the financial costs they face for medical treatment, lost wages, property repairs, and a variety of other economic and non-economic damages.
