Lehi, UT – Multiple Collisions, Injuries At Point Of The Mountain

Lehi, UT (February 13, 2021) – Multiple vehicle collisions occurred in the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 in Lehi on Saturday, February 13th that seemingly caused injuries to some of the people involved.

Police and fire crews responded to the multi-crash scene at about 11:00 p.m. at Point of the Mountain.

Emergency services medically evaluated those involved in the accident and gave medical treatment or transportation to anyone who needed it. First responders worked with law enforcement to shut off the crash scene in order to investigate and clear vehicle debris from the roadway.

Reports show that these accidents were most likely caused by black ice that had formed along the roadway, resulting in drivers losing control of their vehicles.
