If you have suffered an injury during a pedestrian accident in Utah, you will most likely receive a call from the insurance carrier of the driver involved in your accident, wanting to get a recorded statement from you. You are not obligated to indulge them, especially if you have not yet spoken with a personal injury attorney.

It is always a smart move to speak with an attorney prior to giving any sort of statement to anyone. This is because insurance companies actually teach their adjusters to ask certain questions worded in such a way as to bring down the value of your claim as much as possible. An experienced Utah pedestrian accident attorney can stop these adjusters from taking advantage of you.
