Car accidents are a very common sight in Utah. These car crashes range from tiny fender benders to catastrophic or fatal. Frequently, the injuries sustained by accident victims are so serious they necessitate months or possibly even years of treatment and recovery.

Utah observes modified comparative fault auto insurance laws, meaning that injured parties can seek damages provided the at-fault driver is liable for more of the accident. Should the jury decide that you as the victim were accountable for any percentage of your accident, your compensation will be reduced by that amount.

If you or a family member was hurt in an automobile accident and are struggling to handle the unexpected financial obligations, we urge you to speak with a Utah car accident lawyer.
