Brigham City, UT (July 27, 2022) – A medical helicopter was dispatched to transport a driver who sustained critical injuries during a head-on collision on Wednesday, July 27th in Box Elder County.
The incident occurred at about 6:30 a.m. on Promontory Road, between 3000 West and 2800 West.
An official from the UHP said that an adult female driver of the involved vehicles was med-flighted in critical condition.
The driver of the other vehicle was moved by ambulance with serious injuries. It is unclear if there were passengers in either vehicle.
