According to Utah law, automobiles are required to yield to pedestrians. If you were injured in a pedestrian accident, it is crucial not only for the benefit of your health but also for the legitimacy of your claim, that you seek medical treatment even if your injuries seem insignificant.

While our state’s negligence and traffic laws offer pedestrians legal protection, even if they are partially to blame for the accident, there is no shortage of legal quagmires that can weaken your case. For example, if the driver contends that you were jaywalking, you could possibly lose your case.

Snares like this are why it is essential that you work with a reliable lawyer who is able to guarantee that your case is irrefutable to the opposing party.
