Salt Lake City, UT (July 31, 2022) – On Sunday, July 31st, an undetermined number of vehicles collided in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 80, putting at least one person in an area hospital.
According to sources, the incident took place at about 11:25 a.m. at about 8:05 a.m. in the area of the off-ramp for 1300 East in Salt Lake City.
Police and paramedics were dispatched to the scene, where they medically transferred at least one victim for treatment of crash-related injuries.
The cause of the impact is currently under investigation.
