Salt Lake City, UT (December 11, 2021) – At around 2:50 p.m., on December 11, the Salt Lake City Police Department, firefighters, and EMS were all requested to provide assistance at the scene of an accident on 7800 South.
Reports from authorities indicate that a collision between vehicles occurred on the westbound side of 7800 South in the area near Bangerter Highway. The crash blocked the two right lanes of the highway, prompting emergency crews to secure the area to prevent further injuries or damages.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care.
