Wasatch, UT (October 18, 2020) – A female pedestrian died after she was hit by a car on Saturday, October 17th.
As reported by the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office, at about 10:35 p.m., the Wasatch County 911 Center took a call from a man who claimed he had hit a woman with his car along Main Street. He said that she seemed to be badly injured and might not be breathing.
Emergency medical services, Utah Highway Patrol, and sheriff’s deputies all reported to the scene of the accident and immediately began administering life-saving aid. The woman was transferred to Heber Valley Hospital, where she ultimately passed away.
The identity of the deceased victim has not been released at this time.
This accident is under investigation by the Utah Highway Patrol.
