Salt Lake Co, UT (October 29, 2020) – One person was airlifted to a local trauma center following a two-car collision along SR-201 in Salt Lake County on Saturday, October 24th.
According to police reports from the Utah Highway Patrol, a Hyundai Elantra was heading eastbound down SR-201 when the driver swerved across the median and collided head-first with an oncoming Honda Accord.
The driver of the Elantra was airlifted to a local hospital from the crash site. The driver of the Accord also sustained injuries and was transported via private vehicle to a local hospital as well.
