Salt Lake City, UT (December 09, 2020) – Officers from the Salt Lake City Police Department are investigating whether or not a deadly rollover accident that killed a doctor from Salt Lake City was caused by a drunk driver.
The accident took place near the intersection of 1500 South and 1100 East on Friday, December 3rd when a driver ran the stop sign on 1100 East and struck the deceased victim’s vehicle.
Police have since identified the deceased as 55-year-old Arthur Miller.
Officers have not yet released the suspect’s identity although they did confirm he is a 26-year-old male. He was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries but is expected to recover.
