Clearfield, UT (August 27, 2022) – A man in his late 20s died after he was thrown from a truck that overturned on State Route 193 in Clearfield on Saturday, August 27th.
The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on State Route 193 in the area of 650 East when a collision between an eastbound Jeep Gladiator and a Honda Odyssey caused the truck to flip, throwing at least two people into the roadway.
Paramedics and police arrived on the scene and began administering life-saving efforts to one of the injured passengers, who was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman from the Jeep and three occupants from the minivan were all taken by ambulances to local hospitals in non-critical conditions.
