Salt Lake City, UT (May 1, 2022) – Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a traffic-related incident in the Salt Lake City area that ended in injuries. At around 3:15 p.m., on May 1, calls for assistance came in surrounding a crash that blocked Interstate 15.
Reports from authorities show that a collision between vehicles occurred on the northbound side of the interstate. The incident caused moderate delays near mile marker 300 by 5200 South.
At least one person involved in the accident was transported to a local hospital for medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
