West Valley City, UT (March 3, 2022) – One man has lost his life as a result of a pedestrian accident in West Valley City on Tuesday morning, March 1. At around 2 a.m., authorities were notified that a crash on West 4500 South required assistance.
Reports from the West Valley City Police Department show that a male pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in the 4000 block of West 4500 South.
The man suffered fatal injuries as a result of the accident. Authorities arrived at the scene and pronounced the man deceased.
The WVCPD is currently investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
