Spanish Fork, UT (March 17, 2022) – A driver is hospitalized with critical injuries on Thursday, March 17th following an accident on Interstate 15 in Spanish Fork.
According to sources, at about 11:30 a.m., a disabled vehicle near 300 South was struck by another car. The driver of the striking vehicle was med flighted to a local hospital in critical condition.
Another car then struck one of the fire trucks that responded to the scene, leaving multiple victims with non-critical injuries.
