Spanish Fork, UT (January 05, 2022) – Troopers were called to the scene of a fatal car accident on Wednesday, January 5th in Spanish Fork.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the collision took place on SR-6 near mile marker 181 near the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon.
Reports show that a car and a tractor-trailer were involved in the deadly crash, the cause of which has not been released.
Authorities confirmed that one person died and two more sustained non-critical injuries.
