Salt Lake City, UT (April 3, 2022) – At least one person has lost their life following a hit and run accident in the Salt Lake City area on Saturday, April 2.
Reports provided by authorities show that a vehicle collision occurred on South West Temple Street during the evening hours. The incident caused delays between 700 South and 800 South as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
At least one person involved in the accident suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
At this time, the Salt Lake City Police Department is investigating the crash.
