Ogden, UT (November 12, 2021) – Three people sustained serious injuries on Friday, November 12th when a car ran a stop sign, causing an accident involving two other vehicles.
At about 7:50 a.m., a Volkswagen traveling northbound on 3500 West ran a stop sign at the 12th Street intersection and crashed into an eastbound GMC pick-up truck in the intersection.
The force of the impact spun the pick-up into the path of a westbound tractor-trailer, causing another collision.
The male teenage driver of the Volkswagen was med flighted to a hospital with critical injuries. His female teenage passenger was also transported in serious condition, along with the adult male driver of the GMC.
