Tooele, UT (September 09, 2022) – A stretch of highway was the scene of an accident involving an overturned vehicle that brought morning traffic to a standstill on Friday, September 9th.
The collision was reported at about 6:15 a.m. on the eastbound side of the two-lane portion of Interstate 80 at mile marker 99 near Lake Point Junction.
The impact involved two vehicles and caused one of them to roll into the highway median.
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene for medical transport although the nature of any injuries is unclear.
