Utah Co, UT (August 06, 2022) – Both directions of US-6 were temporarily shut down due to a major vehicle accident on Friday, August 5th. 

According to officers from the Utah Highway Patrol, two cars crashed into one another on US-6 near milepost 206 in Utah County causing both vehicles to leave the roadway. 

Multiple victims were injured during the impact, resulting in medical helicopters being dispatched to the scene.
