Motorcycle Accident Deaths in Utah

At Jardine Law Offices, our Utah personal injury lawyers assist victims of motorcycle accidents every single day.

Motorcycle accident injuries are often catastrophic in nature. Sadly, Utah motorcyclists do not have to carry no-fault auto insurance. This means, in order to receive compensation for damages such as hospital bills, lost income, pain, suffering, and disability, riders will have to file a personal injury suit against the insurance carrier of the at-fault driver.

We will defend your rights and protect your best interests during negotiations with the insurance carrier and make sure that you collect the full amount of financial compensation you are due for damages including:

  • Back, neck, and head injuries
  • Broken bones
  • Spinal cord damage
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Road rash, scarring, and disfigurement
  • Amputation
  • Wrongful death

Let our lawyers deal with the intricacies of the legal process while you concentrate on getting better. If you lost a family member in a motorcycle accident, contact our motorcycle injury lawyers in Utah at 801-350-3506 to schedule a free case evaluation.
