Tooele, UT (October 12, 2022) – One driver died after colliding with an oncoming vehicle on the night of Tuesday, October 11th in Tooele. Two occupants of the other car were med-flighted to a Salt Lake area medical facility. 

According to officials, the now-deceased 35-year-old male driving a Nissan Altima without its headlights on. As he was traveling northbound in the 1200th block of South Main Street when he swerved across the centerline and crashed into a southbound vehicle.

He died at the scene. 

An adult female driver and her juvenile passenger in the other car were transported by medical helicopter to an area hospital in unknown conditions.
