Taylorsville, UT (August 29, 2021) – A multi-vehicle accident closed down two lanes of a busy interstate in Taylorsville on Friday, August 27th.
The crash took place at about 6:15 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Bangerter Highway at the intersection for 4700 South.
One lane was left open to allow the Utah Highway Patrol and other emergency responders to work the scene. Traffic was backed up to 5400 South.
Paramedics also reported to the area to assess injuries and provide medical transportation.
