St. George, UT (October 12, 2022) – On Tuesday, October 11th, a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Dixie Drive and Sunset Boulevard Sunset led to the hospitalization of three people.

At about 9:30 p.m.. a 2006 Ford F-150 pick-up truck and a Volkswagen passenger four-door sedan collided with one another when the driver of the Ford entered the intersection on the Volkswagen’s green light.

A single lane was shut down as three victims were transported by Gold Cross Ambulance to a local hospital.

Our thoughts are with the injured victim and their family at this time. We hope for their full recovery.

Intersection Accidents in Utah

If you were involved in an accident at a Utah intersection, it is in your best interest to speak with a Utah intersection accident lawyer as quickly as possible. The personal injury attorneys at Jardine Law Offices have successfully represented clients in all kinds of traffic accident cases.

Traffic lights and stop signs exist for a reason. They are designed to control the traffic flow and keep people safe. Drivers have a responsibility to follow driving laws to protect themselves and others from unnecessary harm.

Generally speaking, the driver who entered the intersection on a red light or without stopping at a stop sign is at fault for the crash. If someone is injured by the negligent driver, they are entitled to sue for compensation. With the aid of an experienced intersection accident attorney, the injured party will be able to recover damages for hospital bills, lost income, and property damage.

Sadly, many drivers still ignore stop signs and run red lights. They are often in a hurry to get where they are going or do not have their full focus on the road. Regardless of their reason for disregarding lights or signage, they can cause serious accidents. If two vehicles collide as a result of this kind of driver negligence, it can cause catastrophic injuries and even death.

Let our St. George intersection accident lawyers worry about the details of the claims process while you focus on your recovery.

We work tirelessly to ensure that our clients get the maximum amount of compensation they are due. Our law firm has an impressive track record when it comes to cases involving intersection accidents and the insurance companies know we are not afraid of going to trial.
