Wrongful Deaths in Saratoga Springs

Wrongful deaths are deaths that arise from the wrongful act, default, or neglect of another person. Sadly, wrongful deaths are a fairly typical result of car accidents.

In Utah, in 2016, more than 270 victims were killed during deadly auto accidents alone. Several hundred lives are lost each year due to some kind of avoidable accident, like one caused by a defective drug or distracted driver. After a person has died, immediate members of their family may be eligible to hire a Utah wrongful death attorney and seek financial compensation via a civil claim.

Although it is true that no amount of money can ever make us feel whole again after losing a loved one due to the careless and negligent actions of other motorists, families find that having the financial resources necessary to cover medical treatment, lost earnings, funeral costs, and other expenses they endure after losing loved ones is helpful.

Utah car accident attorneys Joseph Jardine and Peter Goodall at Jardine Law Offices are committed to helping families move forward in the best way imaginable after enduring the sudden loss of a loved one as a result of negligence.
