Motorcycle Crashes in Utah

Motorcycle accident injuries are often catastrophic in nature. Sadly, Utah motorcyclists are not required to have no-fault auto insurance. This means, in order to receive compensation for damages such as hospital bills, lost income, pain, suffering, and disability, riders will have to file a personal injury suit against the insurance carrier of the at-fault driver.

At Jardine Law Offices, our Utah motorcycle accident lawyers assist victims of these kinds of crashes every single day. We will defend your rights and protect your best interests during negotiations with the insurance carrier and make sure that you collect the full amount of financial compensation you are due for damages including:

  • Back, neck, and head injuries
  • Broken bones
  • Spinal cord damage
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Road rash, scarring, and disfigurement
  • Amputation
  • Wrongful death
