Around 40% of all Utah auto accidents result in some form of personal injury. It is not unusual for victims of these accidents to sustain injuries that originally appear to be minor, causing the victim to decline a thorough medical examination. Even injuries that seem minor, such as the beginning stages of whiplash, can turn into something much more serious.
10% of vehicle collision victims who are ultimately diagnosed with whiplash initially believed they had managed to escape unscathed after their incident until they started experiencing symptoms that are serious enough to disrupt their lives.
